Two weeks ago, my husband and I were at Len Lyall Chevrolet to purchase a Colorado. Arthur Daviswas the gentleman who helped us with this process. He was kind and did not rush us as we made our decision. He also tried his best to make everything as painless as possible. We would highly recommend Arthur Davisand Len Lyall.
Had an oil change scheduled for 11:00 today 9/22/2025. Dropped my truck off at 10:55, returned at 11:55 to find my truck hadn’t been touched yet, spoke to the desk and they told me there were vehicles ahead of me still. I got my keys back at 12:10. Over 2 hours for an oil change and the lack of communication was frustrating. Fantastic service. I had to have my daughter’s Chevy Equinox towed late on a Friday and chose Len Lyall initially because of their convenient location. I’m so glad I did! From the first call through post service follow-up, they were very professional and courteous. Vincent was an outstanding communicator. They diagnosed the car late Friday evening, dug deeper on Saturday (Yes, the service boat department was working Saturday), ordered the part and got it resolved everything by early Tuesday, all under warranty!
