Great Customer Service, But Unacceptable Charging Practices Overall, the customer service was very good. However, their pricing practices—and the fact that I was charged even though no service was performed—are unacceptable. I brought my 2019 GMC Sierra in for an estimate on repairing an oil leak. They promptly called to inform me that my rear main seal was leaking and that the repair would take 14 hours and cost $3,800.
