Lemus went to repair my tenants toilet. He was so rude to both my tenant and myself. I couldn’t believe that he was arguing with my tenant that she didn’t open the door at 9:30 when she was in the shower and the apt was at 10am. I gave him a chance but then he starting arguing with me that he acused me of not telling him that I would throw the toilet away myself— he threw it away and accused me of not messaging him about it when in fact I did. I couldn’t believe that he was fighting so hard about that.

Hi. I worked with Marco Lemus. I believe he is the brother. His guys did good work and were very responsive. But they broke my kitchen cabinets during the repair - hinges, cabinet doors, etc. and when I alerted him to this he called me and berated me over the phone, called me a liar and refused to help in any way. I’m shocked at how he handled the situation. I’d heard Lemus was seedy and now I understand why. Just be careful.

These guys are some of the best in the business. I have used their services a few times and will continue to contact them when I need their help. They give a fair price and do high quality work. They advised me of other areas that required attention without the high pressure sales. One thing that I noticed is that they take extra care and time to make sure the job is done right the first time. Thanks again guys.
