We had a disastrous situation by a previous contractor (I'd love to name them but won't) on our commercial roof. We were expecting a full replacement would be needed. Victor met with us on site. We walked the entire roof and he pointed out the problem spots and explained in detail, the work that would be needed to remedy our issues. Lemus approach to our GLV Roofing Project has been spot on from daily management to workers endurance in exceptional heat, especially on the roofs when the heat registered at 130 degrees. I can verify that my Copperfield neighbors came to the aid of Ken’s roofers and ground help. We refilled Gatorade, lemonade, watermelon, cookies, zucchini loaf and even had a chance to treat all of the ground crew to warm sandwiches of BBQ and salad. Our management company hired Lemus Construction for several projects, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. During siding work, their unprofessional crew punctured our AC line with a nail, without notifying us. We only discovered the issue months later in summer. After inspection, it was confirmed that the damage originated from their work. As a result, we had to replace the entire AC unit.
