I was told a start date by the construction supervisor, I was assured they wouldn’t start till after the weekend I had reservations for the weekend now canceled and money lost cause they showed up Friday and ruined my weekend. If I was told that they were going to be here on a certain date! Then that’s what I expected VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Recently had Lemus Construction in Warminster Pa complete a re-siding project on my town house in Sutphin Pines in Yardley …. Professionals who provided excellent communication - work and a job well done. They cleaned up the job site every day. Post project follow up as well … Professional- Honest - Quality ….. Lemus descended upon our townhome community to replace our long lived roofs. The crew did everything they possibly could to protect gardens, screens, windows, etc. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. As part of their charge they repaired areas of damage when they found such, they brought areas around windows and chimneys into spec, and they connected exhaust vents and replaced skylights while making sure the attics vented properly through the gable vents and soffits. I can’t say enough good things about Chris, JJ and the contractors who replaced my roof. Chris showed up at 7am to accommodate my work schedule, had a quote to me within a couple of hours and answered any and all questions. JJ was amazing at sharing the progress and issues that were found, took care of remediating everything and finished timely. The area was clean of debris. He pulled the permits for me, worked with my HOA and was available for any question
