The staff at Lempert Orthodontics is super friendly and helpful. Some of the girls have been there for years which, says a lot about an office and the doctor. They are very accommodating and willing to work with you on scheduling when possible. Both of my children have had braces and other equipment, and the staff make them feel very comfortable. Dr. Lempert was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to address them all.She always went above and beyond and her team is so nice and compassionate. Could not say enough great things about my experience.
I cannot recommend Dr. Lempert highly enough. From small details like noticing we have an appointment in a few days when we come in for a repair and simply doing the work at the same time so we don’t have to come back, to kindly explaining every step of treatment and making each of my children comfortable, to providing exemplary care for my children’s teeth, this is the orthodontist anyone would want.
My son just finished his treatment, it took him 3 years, we really like this orthodontist office, Everyone in the office is genuinely smiling and they treat you very nice! Greatest orthodontist office ever! Love seeing my son’s smile now!
