I have had mixed experiences at Lemont Physical Therapy. The actual therapists have been very good, but the receptionist is not competent. For the last year and a half, I have been trying to get my medical supplies through them, but the gentleman who runs the office has been making excuses and repeatedly telling me that the items are not in yet.
