I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. I was sent a confirmation the night before and filled out I would pay a cash tip. Gave the driver a more that 20% tip for helping 2 bags and driving from Lemont to Midway. Still got charged additional 20% for tip on my CC. Coming home ordered a Buiseness class car, and was sent an old dirty Grey Mini Van looked like it came from an impound lot. Also charged me over $30 more for this ride. Very unsatisfied and customer service said too bad, not our problem.
nice black car new model arrived and driver was well aware the route from Lemont to O'Hare and he was very helpful and friendly definitely using them on my return trip
