Steve Lemmons has been a great asset to my business. I've been with Steve since 2018 and have never had a single complaint. I enjoy the personal connection with Steve and the quick response time when I email him.
Called to get a quote. Talked to Mr Lemons and I would never give him my business. No bedside manners. He said I had too many claims for Erie to accept me because they are “top tier”. His whole demeanor was SMARTALIC our entire conversation. Acted like he didn’t have time for me. Someone needs to teach him some TOP TIER customer service!
