While the company does have a unique approach for failing timeshares, I haven't found their communication to be acceptable in the least. Won't get into too much detail, but getting updates has been difficult at best. Our timeshare actually sold at auction over 30 days ago and crickets since. Oh...there was one communication saying they didn't have any updates just yet and that was a day after the auction. People would like to know what is happening and what the timeline looks like.
