I haven’t even made it into the restaurant yet and I already had to leave a review because of the amazing customer service I received from Nayeli! Andre R. was our server! He was amazing, attentive and friendly! Made sure our food came out in an orderly time and when it didn’t made accommodations for us. Love the atmosphere, they play great music not too loud though, just right! Thank you 😊
Customer service is horrible. Empty and still take long to bring the food out. Wanna place an order over the phone to avoid the wait? Forget it, it rings and rings over and over. Taking my dinero somewhere where im not ignored.
Went to bucket crab& crayfish for my daughter's 21st birthday. Ordered the seafood boil. It was good but they "forgot to put in potatoes and corn. A/C was out and according to the server it had been out for over a week. I was told, hey your only here for an hour I have to spend all day in this heat. Hard to enjoy your food and drinks when you're sweating the whole time you're there. Total bill seemed pretty expensive. Wouldn't go back again.
