Today was my second day eating here.. yesterday was my first. Around 2010 last night we decided to try lemongrass because of a Facebook post that said they had great gluten free options. We arrived before the kitchen closes (2030) and were sat down promptly and received excellent service from an amazing staff. We were so happy with the meal that we were looking forward to having our leftovers for lunch. EXXXCCCCCELENT Thai food in Fairbanks- unbelievable how good and the Thai food in Fairbanks is. The flavors are so spot on and the dishes are a great mix of textures with meat veggies and spices. Great service as well.
It is hard to find Thai food as good as the Lemongrass Thai Restaurant in the state of Alaska!!! The vegetables were local and fresh! The three dishes I bought were all amazing. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back!!!
Food was so good . Employees are friendly . First time in Fairbanks and this Thai restaurant didn’t disappoint.
