I called in an order for 5 people while at work. Ordered 4 noodle bowls and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Enough time to get there, pay and be out. My coworkers got there and well needless to say, nothing was ready, waited 30 minutes. Then they left because our lunch break was over, checked the food and we got all the ingredients but no noodles, got stuff that we didn't ask for and no sauce for 2 of the orders.
