I’m an island local been here my whole life, grew up surfing on this island supporting all local businesses but I will never shop here again! My wife bought me a pair of flip flops I simply wanted to exchange them for the right size and whoever was working was beyond rude and wouldn’t do it. Worst part is the woman remembered my wife and wouldn’t do it! Unreal! Nothing like running the locals off!!! Never again. Happy to take my local money but not to help us out!
Lemongrass is my most favorite store in Fernandina. I called on Wednesday and placed an order with Tricia and she was AMAZING! (Due to the current pandemic & that I live in Georgia, I was doing all my Lemongrass shopping on Facebook). She answered all my questions for the items I wanted! She mailed them and I received them today! Looking forward to coming in July (hopefully sooner!) and meeting Tricia in person and doing more shopping!
My favorite place to shop. Great clothes, shoes, bags, gifts, jewelry and more. Love the knowledgeable, caring staff who give honest input and suggestions.

A word of warning to all my AMELIA island friends. Those of you who know me, know I shop at Lemon Grass often. I recently purchased a dress there and wanted to return it today but was told their return policy is 3 DAYS. The dress is is still season (it’s a winter dress) and I bought it 3 weeks ago. In the nearly 4 years on this island I have dropped several thousand dollars there, but when a business clearly indicates they give no customer loyalty I have to return the favor. I went into Lemongrass today and all I can say is WOW love the Store and especially the staff! They where so helpful and friendly I will totally come back in!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved all the different styles.
