I was seeing Aleeza and missed an appointment, she charged my credit card the full amount. I have heard since this is an Industry standard norm, however at the time I was unaware. She even said that on intake it was told to me, however I do not remember this. She said most people tend to forget this. Paul has been an incredible psychologist who truly cares about his clients. He’s very personable and has helped me significantly with my mental health. He takes the time to genuinely understand the way I think and has guided me to become the best version of myself every day. Although sometimes I still lose my way, I always refer back to the notes from our sessions.
