I cannot recommend Lemonade Fit enough! Such a unique experience! The training is highly personalized but in a supportive small group format. The trainers all know your strengths and weaknesses, your injuries, and goals inside and out. They have additional expertise in pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause as well. It is unlike any gym I’ve ever attended in decades of training. I’m so happy I found them!

10/10 recommend Lemonade Fit!! They helped me get back into working out after a hip surgery and years of not being able to really workout. All three trainers are so helpful, bring great energy into each session, and push you appropriately. Can’t wait to keep progressing!
