Came here with mother in law and she wanted to treat me to a manicure. She got a pedicure. It was the first time there for me and the whole time i felt like i was given orders: sit there, go wash, do this, do that. This was not because of the language barrier as his English was on point. There was no eye contact while talking to me, before, during or after the manicure. I got a shellac that was done within 10’. I got no soaking, no massage or lotion applied. Terrible. Paid for a gel manicure from a man who didn’t know what he was doing and had to have direction every 30 seconds. Worst manicure of my life. Had to go back to have them redone. 2 weeks late, all my nails have ripped down to below cuticle and I have an infection. In 2 of them. Never again.
