I had an accident last year where a car making a U turn on the opposite side of traffic rear ended me (literally U turned into my car from the other side) and they were placing me at fault. Even my own insurance did not thoroughly investigate the situation and both insurances were trying to put the blame on me. They even increased my insurance!!!! It was absolute insanity.
