I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I came in to get my hair straightened, expecting professional results, but unfortunately, it was far from that.My hair ended up looking flat, frizzy in spots, and unevenly straightened. It felt rushed and careless.
Laura did such a fantastic job on my hair cut that I came back for a color. Both times were a great experience and I love love love my cut and color!
Be cautious with this place. They use your debit card information to charge cancellation fees without any prior notice or authorization. I was charged without being informed about the policy or the amount. It feels misleading and unprofessional.
