The haircut was fine. It looks good. But it wasn't what I asked for. It was the same haircut I could have done myself (and have been for a while.) So I was a bit disappointed that I spent money for it. Especially when I spent twice as much as my normal place I go when I don't do it myself, because I really wanted to make sure it was right. Update: Alison called and offered to fix it. Thank you Alison.
I received a response on my review that is compelete rubbish and untrue. I was never given a price break down of anything in the store that they tacked on. Did i pay? Yes because i was ambushed at the register with a price so high i couldnt catch my breath.... i asked for a receipt ... tell me who would consent to 1 $60 pump of shampoo not me or I would've been in a spa.I called ahead and was told $80 dollars for a gloss. I came in on Saturday and Laura was absolutely stunning from the moment I walked through the door, always asking if I was ok and making sure I liked my hair. I got exactly what I wanted it without feeling like I was bordering or like I had to fight for it
