Lemon Squad definitely saved us from getting a Lemon. We found their inspector did an amazing job on the used car that we requested a report on. Because of his report, we were able to pass on purchasing a vehicle that had problems that would have been expensive to fix after purchase from a less than transparent seller. Thank you, Lemon Squard for inspectors that tell the truth so that buyers like my husband and I can make an informed decision.
Found this company by accident online but was needing such a service because I am mobility handicapped and have some limited knowledge of cars. WOW, what a thorough detailed review which included pictures and comments from the mechanic sent. Mechanic was able to keep comments in plain English so even someone who is not a mechanic would understand. I definitely recommend this business!!!

Did such a great job. saved me from making a $10k mistake. I will use them every time in the future. Very impressed for my first use case. And then I needed to cancel one that hadn't started. Been 4 hours still no call back. Can't get a real person. FAQ says no refunds, even if inspection hasn't started yet. read the details before you start. Just wanted it transferred to another vehicle, but as I said, zero live humans. all automated. Now that I know that I won't use it again.
I am so glad I ordered this inspection with Lemon Squad. They showed me things the dealer had not mentioned and supplied 165 photos with a very detailed report. I was planning a flight to Pittsburgh from Virginia to pick up this SUV, but the 'Squad' saved me that trip and probably many untold expenses. Great job and well worth the cost.
