I highly recommend this company!! Jay did a thorough inspection of my Porsche. He took the time to explain what he was inspecting, why and any concerns about the vehicle. Jay was fantastic to work with. My husband and I took a Carvana vehicle to Jay for a full inspection, and it didn't take long for him to explain all the issues we would face if we kept the car. Jay went above and beyond on completing my PPI. Be advised if the vehicle is in Manhattan he will need to charge more, but that is mainly due to transit time and tolls. It was well worth it though, with a thorough report over the phone and in e-mail, and willingness to answer any questions that pop up. Highly recommended.
I called Lemon Protector to inspect and test drive a vehicle I was purchasing from out of state. Response time was very quick and scheduling was easy. The feedback was very comprehensive and included detailed photos of the engine, brakes, tires, and exterior. It gave me the confidence I needed to make the purchase and there were no surprises after the car was delivered. Great service!
