Not great... fully confident that I wasted $300 on a PPI. Jay went to the dealership and took pictures of the car i wanted to buy, and ran a diagnostic scan on the vehicle. I was under the impression according to the website that the vehicle would be driven to the mechanic to be placed on a lift, etc. The whole process took less than an hour... I live overseas and was planning to buy a car in New York. I decided to use Lemon Protector. Jay inspected the car and found a transmission issue; plus, the seller wouldn't let him test drive it. So, I decided to call off the purchase. I spent a few hundred dollars, but Jay saved me thousands in repair costs! And Jay was very fast too! I can't thank you enough! THANKS!!!!!
