I was in a time crunch position because I fell in love with a used Lexus but was afraid to sign the dotted line, but also afraid to loose the deal which had to be decided that day. Appreciate the thoroughness and calm demeanor. They were able to do the inspection within a day's notice and bring clarity to my purchase. Would gladly use again.

I had an excellent experience with Lemon Protector and Jay, the owner. Jay was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from beginning to end. I truly cannot recommend Jay to enough people nor more passionately. I bought my dream car because of his thorough analysis and sound recommendations. He answered all of my questions, sent a TON of photos and provided detailed explanations of his findings. Even the sales associate spoke highly of how involved he found him to be. I wouldn’t have been able to convince my father of this purchase without Jay’s work. He afforded my family and I a peace of mind I’ve never experienced during the car buying process. Such a seamless ... read more

He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire inspection. But what really impressed me was what he did afterward. Jay actually followed up with me to make sure I had gotten the dealer’s quoted price in writing. He felt the advertised price seemed too good to be true and wanted to make sure I protected myself be... read more
