Jay was incredible to work with. He saved us from buying a lemon! He even was kind enough to return back to the dealership and inspect our back-up car. His inspection save us thousands of dollars in the long term from buying a bad car and also gave us more negotiating power at the dealership. Jay is worth every penny!
Jay is a subject matter expert in inspection. I brought my newly purchased car from Carvana over to him for inspection immediately and he was able to spot some issues with the car - namely, bad brake rotors and bald tires. He was very detailed in his inspection and shared great advice for me to follow up with the dealership after. Highly recommend.
Jay was very responsive when scheduling an inspection and got the ppi completed on very short notice. He seemed knowledgeable about EVs and discussed potential issues with me over several conversations. The service is a bit expensive but worth it for a major purchase, especially if you are buying from out of state. He helped me analyse the results and was not just mindlessly checking off a list
Super helpful, Communicative, and reliable. I hired Jay to inspect 2 used vehicles on my list because both were my dream cars (locations were both in Jersey, Bloomfield and Bridgewater).
