Horrible customer service
DO NOT USE!!!! My vehicle had been at the dealership over 30 days when I contacted them. Which in GA is an automatic lemon. Long story short, they submitted a final repair attempt instead of a repurchase or replace letter. Not only that, they didn’t even put the correct name throughout the letter they did submitted. So now my current attorney has to refile paperwork and the process is gonna take even longer. They are copy and paste lawyers and you never get to speak with the actual attorney. It’s always their “secretary”.
Already half the reviews say it for you. They do not communicate what so ever with you. Im so new to this I have never had to file anything againist anyone before. I asked for there guideness through this and I got nothing. They have so many people repsonde back to you once you have submitted documents you will have no idea who you are actually working with.
