I love coming into this store. Not only does it smell incredible, the staff is so incredibly helpful. I've bought the refillable body wash, dryer ball spray, sore muscle soak and the collagen bath soak, to name a few. Not only were the products made in store, they were also so much better than the big box stores. I am definitely a customer for life. I'm already making my shopping list for future purchases.
Such a great store. Love that it's in downtown Madison. Great gift ideas and treat-yo-self stuff! Friendly staff. Love bringing out of town guests here.
I called--several times--from out of state to purchase workshops as a gift. The owners and staff were all so helpful and accommodating, especially when we had to make a change after purchasing. I can't wait to visit in person when we come down there.
Amazing place and I’m not sure if it was the owner but I assume… She was amazing and so kind and as a Retail store manager it’s hard to find a place with good customer service and is clean and has good products this place meets all!! Definitely will be back and will be recommending people
