Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am currently disabled and have difficulty walking. I sent my mother-in-law, who is clearly a 48-year-old woman, inside to purchase cigarettes for me. She was asked for ID and she didn’t have it on her for the sale, which I understood and respected. Because of that, I painfully walked inside myself and presented my own valid ID. bathroom had poop smeared all over the floor and it was dried. let the attendant know and asked if i could use the bathroom across the hall, and he said “nope that’s employee only, so i guess we don’t have a bathroom at all.” and walked away. no employee only sign on the other bathroom door, mind you. utterly disgusting
