Stacy had been my nail tech for the past couple of months now. I wish I took more pictures of all the sets because they are always so beautiful! Stacy is the kindest. She works diligently every single time. I typically keep my nails plain black, but I’m so glad that she can convince me to have some fun sometimes. I’ll be continuing to go back to the lovelyyy Stacy!
I paid 100 dollars for gel X extensions and I have had them for less than a week and all my nails popped off. I called this morning and spoke with a gentlemen he said hello and then proceeded to tell me hold on very rudely and had me on the phone for 3 minutes while helping other customers. I was polite and I said hello to try and get his attention and I was ignored. I asked them for a refund because I can't make the 6 hour drive back to have them be fixed. Jen is amazing and consistent. My nails last entirely too long without breaking and I am rough on them! Def recommend her for dip.
Terrible experience from the phone call to make the appointment, to the appointment itself, to my GelX nails (which are supposed to last longer than dip) started popping of 4 days later. Complete waste of money. I should’ve been clued in when I made the appt and how unpleasant the man was on the phone. Again when I got there the red flags of the environment and his attitude not being welcoming at all.
