I just spent $135 on up charged services. I told them I did NOT want gel on my acrylic. I also said I wanted short square acrylic. They look like kids press on nails. The lady doing my nails was rude when I was guiding her on the shape. I’ll go back to my favorite place in McKinney.

Has very much gone downhill in the past few months. Nail techs damage your nails and almost everyone seems to have an attitude. Plenty of nails bars around town... I've gone here 3 years or so but won't be returning after today's appointment.

8/25 decided to give them one last shot, and it was the last shot. My pedicure was great but my nails were shizzz. Didn't even last 2 weeks plus I asked for a manicure and I think she only realized it after the entire service and slapped some lotion on my arms for like 2 minutes. I always take my daughter here for her and I to get a pedicure. The last time was a miss but I believe in second chances. Came today and it they just didn’t give us the full attention to details. I always get pedicures and can tell when they give the lowest effort knowing I’m male. I’m pretty basic with just short nails and massage available. The attention to details wasn’t there.
