Very disappointed! I’ve gone here since they opened, but tonight they completely ripped me off. I took my 7 year old in for a kids pedicure ($22). I told Tim, the manager, twice that I wanted a kids pedicure. However the technician did a deluxe; I didn’t catch it until they started doing the wax and hot stones and it was too late to stop. This was one of the most relaxing Manicure/Pedicure eyebrows wax I think I've ever had!!!! Callie did my Nails 💅 and Eyebrows Mimi did my Toes 🦶 I'm 6 months pregnant and they even put the baby to sleep with my massage when he's been moving all day😌 I will definitely be back 🤗🤗🤗
I asked 2 times for the cheapest manicure for my 10 year old. They handed a book of colors, I said this is the cheapest colors for her? He said yes. Tell me why I just paid $60 for her manicure. I was so taken back. I verified that that was the cheapest manicure at the end yet again and he said well it’s dip. I did not ask for dip I asked for the cheapest manicure multiple times. I am so irritated. They didn’t even clean her cuticles until I asked them too.
I really wanted to like this place. I have seen so many positive reviews. I have been at least 4xs and I get crap service. The last time I was there the dip was literally half done on my nails I really just wanted to receive discount but manager insisted it be fixed. I got half crap fix the nail tech gave me attitude about it. Im starting to think its because of the color of my skin. This is so disappointing. My nails didn't even last a full 5 days.
Excellent customer service Stacy did an amazing job. I will come back again and again and again.
