Contractor Lemoine Building Construction accepted FEMA disaster funds for Hurricane Ida repairs and concealed black mold, failed structural repairs, falsely certified completion, coerced a medically vulnerable homeowner to sign, and left the home unsafe for occupancy. They left black mold exposed and I been hospitalized 4 times in nothing still not fixed correctly the money needs to refunded before I die of health hazord conditions do to you neglegent fraud Kelly Hebert

The road was blocked off on Metairie rd and I wanted to make a turn and didn’t realize I could no longer turn left so I had to get back in the right lane. What I did was not illegal. A man with a Lemoine shirt in a dark blue GMC got out of his car to confront me. My kids were in the car. What I did was a total accident and doesn’t justify him getting out of the car while at a red light. He should be terminated for playing cop and threatening drivers. They do not pay their subcontractors and rely on their contract verbiage to stifle small businesses from ever collecting their money. They run from their problems and hide their heads in the sand. All the way up the ladder.
