I drove over 2 hours for my appointment today, to be told my practitioner no longer works at the facility. Lemmon Ave sent multiple emails and texts to confirm my appointment (as recently as yesterday), but never once did I get a notification or phone call that my provider was no longer available. As a service provider myself, I recognize a business is not going to tell you where someone has gone to, but in all my years I have at least been notified when my provider was no longer available for my appointment. First time here and Jessica was amazing! Took the time to ask me what I liked and didn’t like. Gave great suggestions and really customized treatment. I will return and refer.
This was my first time at this practice and seeing Jessica, and it was an incredible first experience. Jessica was so friendly and easy to talk to. She was also very professional and answered all of my questions. She really took her time and explained everything to me, I will definitely be going back to see her!
