Absolutely awful experience. Work not done to specs, appears Frank installed used fencing, instead of new. Kept pushing start date back and back again. Then started the job, and disappeared for a week, or more. Never finished the job, walked off without completing. Had to hire another contractor to tear out all the poor workmanship, rebuild that what was done, and finish all that not ever done. Truly a nightmare, and a nasty personality. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
