Very pleasant experience. The staff is well trained. My watch needed repair and they said it would be 185 dollars for all the parts and new links for the band. there was a gear in my watch that needed to be replaced and they did it and still honored the original price estimate. That is great way to do things and real classy.
Notably good service experience Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Management listens to you and explains things to your satisfaction.
