Beautiful jewelry! I love everything I have from there and even when an item my mom bought had the clasp malfunction, they replaced it for us! The owner is the sweetest and the staff is lovely!
My husband got me a bracelet for Christmas with my children’s initials in diamonds. The “m” got snagged on a sweater as I was taking it off and it bent beyond repair. I sent it back thinking they would replace it, but was told I would need to buy a new initial for $198. I have had it for 4 months. It’s disappointing that the product broke, but even more disappointing that they wouldn’t fix it for me.
