Had a fibroma on my tonsil that was felt every single swallow, almost gag worthy because of it's placement. They are a GREAT team at that office! Dr. Lemckert and his nurse (her name escapes me) are outstanding! Reception too - again I'll get the name! Before doctor came in I was asked what kind of info receiver I am; details or overview. Assure that you'll do your part in follow up care (not really applicable to my case, but for a lot of treatments you have to be vigilant with after care or the procedure ends up pointless).... read more
I had a septorhinoplasty on Nov 27 for mainly breathing difficulties, stuffiness, broken nose (unaware of). Dr lemckert was very attentive since my first consultation. Dr lemckert and staff were wonderful throughout my visits and very honest on what could be achieved. The staff at the surgical clinic were wonderful, I felt well taken care of. On this day 10/31/2024 (Halloween) Day I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:45 A.M. Upon entering, a very friendly, accommodating staff on hand, also dressed in Halloween costumes for the occasion. I arrived a bit early, filled out the formal medical information. I see a technician first, talked briefly about my situation (small cyst in right ear lobe). She had filled me in on the particulars and gave me a rough estimate of costs not covered by OHIP. Absolutely nothing short of amazing! Not only is Dr. Lemckert brilliant at his work, he, and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, & efficient. I had a septoplasty done, and my life has never been better- minimal downtime, immediate effects! I cannot thank the Cutis team enough for giving me the ability to breathe again! ♡ I have, and will be, continuing to refer everyone I can to Dr. Lemckert. Thank you again!
