Unfortunately, my experience with Horizon Legal Group has not been as good as others. While the initial meeting went okay, the lack of follow-up communications and the lack of response to emails and phone messages was a very poor experience. In fact since my initial meeting in January, the only follow-up communications I’ve had was a request for further payment. We have since approached a new law firm who have been absolutely wonderful from the very first meeting - knowledgeable, helpful and communicative.
