Sekou is amazing! Highly recommend. I am a Massage Therapist so I know a quality Therapist when I meet one. I have received healing Bodywork which relieved tension in my muscles and the stretches are amazing. His massages help me to continue to work in my field. I have also attended a Thai Bodywork class with Sekou. He is a very patient and intentional teacher, making sure that we know the "why" of our movements vs just going thru the motions. Ducarmel was nothing short of amazing! He provided us mobile massage services for our girls trip. His attention to detail in his craft is phenomenal. His tecnique was quite nuanced, gentle and therapeutic and better than most massage therapists I've had. He was able to release so much tension in my neck and shoulders in such a short amount of time. My only regret is that I didn't book for a longer massage. I highly recommend his massage services.
