I met Mel from Lemba Healing Arts at an event, and it was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! In just 20 minutes, his unique blend of Thai massage, stretching, and deep tissue made me feel like I’d been on the table for an hour. Mel is incredibly intuitive; he knew exactly where I was tight from working out before he even started. I woke up the next day feeling brand new. I’m so glad he has a studio in Fort Lauderdale, he is officially my go-to from now on. 10/10, unbelievable talent!
