Jerry responded to my call in a timely fashion. In less than a week, he was able to come do furnace and A/C maintenance. The cost was within industry range. He presented himself in a very professional manner. He knew his stuff and went beyond in checking a/c drain system and changing pad for furnace humidifier (which the previous workman had not looked into in the last 2 years). We were satisfied with his friendly service and plan to use him again in the years to come and refer his services to anyone.
