We recently were affected by the flooding in the St. Catharines area. Our insurance company dispatched the Lemarg team. Russell and his team were extremely professional, friendly, informative and clean. They completed restoration services very quickly and were very careful and attentive to details while working. We are in St. Catharines, ON and had major flooding in the basement following two back-to-back major rain storm events. Our insurance company sent Lemarg to assess the damage and do the cleanup. The assessment showed that the flooring as well as the lower 24" of drywall (and all the baseboards) had to be removed due to the sustained water damage from the flooding. Russel and his team worked hard to clean up smoke/soot damage and were fairly communicative with weekly updates. There was a pause between clean up and renovations but they worked hard to get job done on time! There were a few issues with leaving soot covered curtains on and blinds were broken while being cleaned. A few areas I ended up cleaning myself. Most of this was looked after by them upon request.
