I paid a deposit on a used Kluger after being assured that several issues with the vehicle would be repaired before delivery. The contract also included a clause requiring customer satisfaction. On the day I went to collect the car, the promised repairs had not been completed. The front bumper was still misaligned, and the paint colour on the repaired area did not match the rest of the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience at Le Mans Toyota Deer Park thanks to Marko. After a very bad experience at a different dealership, Marko and his team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and make sure my car was running smoothly.
