Chase and Robby (hope I spelled you name right) were absolutely amazing. The VR was so fun that I am putting in this review before I even got in the karts. Chase was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. Robby was quick with fun and light hearted topics to discuss while chase set everything up so it felt like a smooth transition. The both created an environment where you felt valued as a customer and made me want to come back to try every vr game they have.
The boys had a blast!
Had a fantastic first visit today. Chase was great, very welcoming and thorough while getting us signed in and filling us in on how each event would work and Aiden patient and methodical with getting us started racing and safely clearing up any mishaps that happened during. Pretty low traffic when I was there but lots of room to relax between races and everything was clean and orderly overall.
