I found the experience disappointing, as it felt more like a transaction focused on taking payment rather than providing genuine assistance. Despite clearly advising upfront that certain items were required for the roadworthy certificate, I was proceeded with a check—only to be charged for information I had already provided and was already aware of. This approach felt unnecessary and avoidable.
My dad, my brother and me have been coming to this shop for at least a couple years now and have only had the friendliest experience with them. They know what they're doing, they're well organised, they communicate perfectly and will get whatever you need sorted :)
