Very rude receptionist. After a referral from my doctor, I called 3 weeks later to check the status of a pending appointment. The receptionist told me they weren’t taking any clients right now and put me on a cancellation list. Totally fine. 2 weeks later I called back to inquire as to why they weren’t taking any clients and I was told by the receptionist that she never said that and that they were booked through September.
