Lauren is phenomenal! She performs an in-depth assessment, carefully tailoring a treatment plan to address your goals. She is incredibly knowledgeable and actively encourages her clients to take part in their care. The level of care I have received has far exceeded my expectations.
Lauren is the best around!! So knowledgeable and caring. My son had a sprained ankle from sports and Lauren really took the time to understand his injury and do what was best for him. We truly believe that Lauren is the reason why my son is back in the field so quickly after his injury. From decreasing the swelling to healing the pain. If I could give more stars I would!! Ill admit I was really nervous to try dry needling on my injured back as Ive heard it can be painful but Lauren was so skillful, and went slow and explained every step as we went. Not only did I feel SO much better almost right away but the treatment really was nothing to be nervous about. It felt pretty comfortable the entire time. Id really recommend Lauren based on my experience and she came highly recommended to me as well.
