Terrible experience. The attitude here was completely unacceptable. The LEM barber was rude, dismissive, and acted like providing basic customer service was a burden. I came in expecting a decent haircut and basic respect, and got neither. There are plenty of other barber shops that actually value their customers. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Luckily was able to walk in with no way. He does a great job, been coming for years. Pays a lot of attention to detail.
Lem and his team are incredible at what they do. Their fast, efficient and inexpensive. They take appointments and always have fun music and videos playing.
