The best decision I ever made! I had a great experience from the time I picked out my wedding dress to the day of my wedding! The service was amazing! My sales people from bridal to bridesmaids and alterations were very nice and on the ball!
Terrible service, terrible experience The worst decision I ever made. Dress was MIA 6 weeks before wedding. Was forced to go elsewhere. Despite being at fault and refusing to give any information regarding dress location, and refusing to give tracking number, shop refused to refund deposit. You will be heartbroken when you don't get your dress and will be out a lot of money. Whatever you do, don't get your bridal gown here.
