Had a small misunderstanding after ordering by phone some flowers for a friends birthday. They unfortunately were not able to deliver on the actual day, however after speaking with Davino (sorry if i spelt your name wrong), he assured me they would redo the bouquet and send it out again early the next day. First time ordering with Lelili Fleurs and would definitely do so again! This beautiful heart shaped floral arrangement was for my aunt's funeral and everyone found it so original in comparison to all other flowers present. Very bad customer service specially the old lady in front service I was on the call and asking about their flowers and she fed up about asking questions and she said something in her arabic language to other young girl and throw the flowers on table I wont recommend someone to go their Find another flower shop there are too many close by
