My first impression was ruined. Always confirm your appointment before coming! I had an appointment with Frank Xaviar and good thing a called to confirm - I wasn't on a list. The only one who could help and reschedule (unfortunately, to another stylist) - very polite and friendly receptionist, but not Frank by himself - he simply hung up the phone, when I was trying to figure out this problem.
