Can confidently say that this was the best service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon, I felt so welcomed and got exactly what I asked for infact it was better then what I had in mind, all my family and friends have complemented my nails and I only got them done today! The owner has a beautiful soul and really engages with a conversation she is amazing! Aswell as her niece! It was lovely too see family working together and all so kind. Really unhappy. Booked appointment for 12pm got there waited for 15 mins and then told I’ll have to wait another 30mins! Don’t take appointments if you are going to make people wait. Waste of time.

I honestly would never post anything like that online, but this is just unbelievable that a salon lets a client walk away with nails like this. This happened on 13.07.2025 Addressed the situation that I’m not happy with the nails to the lady doing my nails (when she had supposedly finished) and then she quickly buffed my nails and put a new layer of colour on (???) to try to “fix” the situation which made it even worse.
