Complete lack of communication internally. Charged a lot more than I should have been due to this. Management wouldn't even speak with me on the matter. The lady I dealt with was very sweet. She deserves better bosses, ones that will actually do thier jobs, instead of pushing it off on her. I would not recommend this company. And will be seeking a new insurance company for my next policy.
I have both home and auto through them. Jake is great to work with and is always willing to help. They’ve been able to answer all my questions and guide me along the way.
Good Price for home and car insurance. Very responsive.
