What is your problem ? Why don’t you answer my emails? Why don’t you solve my property’s problems??? Who are you? How dare you can collect HOA fees every month but give POOR service??? I repeat SOLVE my problems ASAP...

Horrible. They go on hearsay and send the same pictures from initial notice to final notice. Not even checking for themselves if the issue has been resolved. Annette Jones is the new community manager and it seems like the 12 years experience that she has is a joke 😆
