have order a set of core bits over two months ago and still haven't received it. You have taken my money from my account. I have made phone calls to Brian two times now and both times he told me he would send it. I also have e-mailed him about this with no reply back. I hope maybe you can help me out. ether refund my money or send me the core pits. If I can't get anyone to tell me something soon. Order a core bit and was told it would be a continuous rim core bit. When it arrived it was not a continuous rim core bit as the invoice I had received stated. I had called them about this issue and they don't acknowledged the fact that I want to return it for 100% of my order for it isn't the item that's listed on the Invoice. They also told me that a continuous rim would cost me $200.00 more than the $342.10 I was quoted.
