Huge shoutout to Sasha at Leksfit! My Lexus CT200h had been making a loud rattling noise for five months, and no other shop could figure out what was wrong. I had several preventative maintenance done on my Lexus ES350, Sasha provided professional service along with fair prices. I chatted with him for a bit after he was done with my car and he genuinely seems like a guy who’s passionate about cars. Seems he has worked at a Lexus dealer in the past.
