Pretty poor customer service, as others appear to have noted Booked in a service as the handlebar mounted display had come loose and a few other issues - first available time was in three weeks. Turned up on time and mechanic wasn't there, shop was closed. Tried calling, messaging, no answer. Tried Melbourne store and they said mechanic would be there, knock on the roller door. No answer. Called them back, no answer. Called Melbourne about 6 times over 20minutes, no answer. Went back to work with an unfixed bike having waste... read more
