This was an introductory visit. Was brought back to a room by a gentleman who said his name was Michael. Afterward his manager said his name was Maurice. This gentleman began asking questions, l asked him to repeat a question and he told me I needed to '"open my ears'" after he said this, that is when I asked him his name, he said it was Michael.
